We are delighted to accommodate group bookings and offer a range of packages tailored for groups of 18 to 50 people. Whether you're a tour company or part of a larger group, you can choose from our selection of pre-designed packages or reach out to us with your specific needs for a customized experience.

Important Information for Group Visits

Please note that packages including House Tours are subject to seasonal pricing and may vary during the Christmas period (early November to the end of December).

Garden Tour Bookings

  • Garden Tours will run regardless of the weather

  • Steps and uneven ground is involved

House Tour Bookings

  • Visits that include a House Tour cannot be confirmed until 6 months prior to your visit date, as the Hall also operates as a wedding venue.

  • We are unable to accept RHS Memberships or Gardeners' World 2-for-1 vouchers as part of a group booking.

  • Once you have completed the booking form, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your visit.

  • A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Final numbers and the remaining balance must be confirmed and paid 2 weeks before your visit.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendees.

House Tour Capacity

  • Private House Tours require a minimum of 18 guests and can accommodate a maximum of 25 guests per tour.

  • Groups larger than 25 guests will be divided across two tours.

  • Tours are available at 11:00am, 12:30pm, and 2:00pm.

Food & Refreshments

Lunches and Cream Teas are served at Quackers Café.

Cream Tea (tea or coffee & scone with cream & jam)

  • Guests will receive a token on arrival, which can be redeemed at any time during their visit.

Soup & Sandwich Lunch

  • We will arrange a dining time that works for both your group and the café.

  • Lunch includes a bowl of soup per person, shared sandwich platters for the table, and pots tea and coffee.

  • Depending on group size, lunch sittings may need to be split across multiple tables or time slots.
