In this workshop you will learn the art of needle felting using notched needles to sculpt fibres together to ‘paint with wool’ to create a 2D picture.

Under the guidance of artist Linzi Pattison, this workshop will demonstrate the art of watercolour painting techniques giving you the skills and confidence to create your own watercolour painting taking inspiration from the beautiful gardens and flowers at Thornbridge Hall.
During this 2.5 hour workshop you’ll work with Dave Elsom from Sombrero Printmaking to learn the basics of lino printing, a technique used by artists for over 100 years.
