Exciting news! The 4 Shires Bloodhound Hunt will be joining us this Sunday, 25th January!

Come and watch these magnificent hounds in action as they hunt the clean boot! Unlike drag hunts, these Bloodhounds follow the scent of a real human "Quarry" – typically a fell or marathon runner, rather than an artificial scent – and use their incredible tracking skills to find them. If they catch the quarry, the worst they’ll do is give them a big, affectionate lick!

The hunt is also a farmer-friendly sport, with routes pre-planned and agreed upon with farmers and landowners. It's a wonderful example of nature, tradition, and collaboration.
