Caroline Cook from Well With Nature will lead us for an exclusive early morning nature mindfulness experience in the grounds of the beautiful Thornbridge Estate. Before the gardens open to the public, Caroline will guide us through nature mindfulness to deeply connect with the natural world around us through our senses.
Meeting in the Orangery we will explore the magical autumn gardens, letting our senses come alive with the autumn colours, the smells, sounds and textures. There will be opportunity to respond to sensory invitations with silent reflection and optional circle sharing.
Returning to the Orangery we will discover the herbal benefits of some of our wild autumn berries including their ancient folk lore. We will close with a simple tea ceremony with mindful tea tasting of a warm, foraged herbal tea.
A voucher is included towards breakfast in the café and access to the gardens for the rest of the day.
