Forest Bathing with Well With Nature

  • THORNBRIDGE HALL, Bakewell, England, DE45 1NZ United Kingdom (map)

Friday 1st August

8.30am - 10.30am

Caroline Cook from Well With Nature will lead us for an exclusive early morning Forest Bathing session in the grounds of the beautiful Thornbridge Estate. Before the gardens open to the public, Caroline will guide us through nature mindfulness to deeply connect with the natural world around us through our senses.

Meeting in the Orangery we will experience the Scented Terrace, the Water Gardens and Grotto, the Lakes and Lawns as we let ourselves slow down, and let our senses come alive with the sounds, sights, textures around us . We will immerse ourselves in the Thousand shades of Green before the world wakes up sharing our reflections with optional circle sharing.

A voucher is included towards breakfast in the café and access to the gardens for the rest of the day.
