The Bakehouse
Eleanor from the Bakehouse supplies Quackers Cafe and other local Peak District and Derbyshire cafes and deli’s with a wide range of delicious and decadent cakes and bakes.
Try Eleanor’s sausage rolls that are made using Thornbridge Smallholding Gloucester Old Spot pork and handmade all butter puff pastry; the perfect combination for the best sausage rolls! Be sure to try one in the cafe, or buy some to take home from the display freezer in the cafe.
