Created using the finest local produce by our Executive Chef, Simon Wild, this decadent Afternoon Tea is complemented by the rich historic surroundings of the Thornbridge Hall Music Room, complemented by a professional pianist on our 1901 Steinway Piano

Finger Sandwiches
Smoked salmon with cream cheese and cucumber
Honey-roasted ham with wholegrain mustard
Mature Cheddar cheese with red onion chutney

Pastries
All-butter Parmesan shortbread, baked in-house
Served with softly whipped goat’s cheese

A dainty spinach and ricotta tartlet
Encased in delicate pastry

Gently spiced carrot cake handsomely
finished with smooth vanilla frosting

A feather-light choux bun
filled generously with a luxurious cream of white chocolate and pistachio

Dark chocolate truffle bombe, indulgently rich and velvety
Vanilla panna cotta, delicately set

Golden scone, baked in our Thornbridge Hall kitchens, served with strawberry jam and clotted cream

Paired with a selection of fine teas or freshly brewed coffee, and a glass of Moët & Chandon.
